Green Silicon Carbide Overflow and Siphon Micro Powder
Product Information
With the vigorous development of new materials science, the quality requirements for silicon carbide micropowder are getting higher and higher. In the production of high-quality silicon carbide micropowder, the classification of coarse and fine silicon carbide micropowder particles is the most important and technically difficult technical link.
The principle is that the sedimentation speed of micropowder particles of different particle sizes is different. That is, by adjusting the water supply speed, the sinking speed of the micropowder is changed. When the water supply speed exceeds the speed at which the micropowder falls, the micropowder flows out of the diversion trough. The larger the micropowder particles, the faster they fall, and the smaller the particles, the slower they fall. Continuously and stably supply water within a certain period of time to make the water level form a certain rising speed. When the water level rises faster than the sedimentation speed of the micropowder particles, these particles overflow from the overflow trough. The inspector observes through a microscope and classifies them according to the Japanese standard.
